Yes, you can return your Prodigee child bike seat within 14 days of delivery if you decide it’s not right for you, provided it is in its original condition. This means all original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and the seat must be unused, as it would be displayed in a shop. Is there a cost for returning a product?

Yes, there is a €9.95 shipping handling fee for returns, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

What happens if the returned bike seat is not in its original condition?

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is allowed for inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund, reflecting the reduction in the product value. If the product is not accepted for return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
